I've put Peanut Butter, Bacon, Bananas and Dill Pickle on toast.
My grandmother - in the early stages of Alzheimer's - made me a sandwich one day with mustard, cheese and strawberry jam. One slice was white bread, the other was wheat bread.

My favorite sandwich is peanut butter and cheese. Sometimes I also will add potato chips, cranberry jelly and dill pickles to it. It tastes really good and my daughter agrees but no one else will even try it.

I've never heard of caramel milk...doesn't it make your sandwich soggy?

My weird one growing up was just a ketchup sandwich. My wife is a bit more exotic with a miracle whip, peanut butter and lettuce sandwich.

Others might think this strange, but I don't;
red capsicum (bell pepper) and peanut butter, with butter. An excellent flavour balance, and the texture is great.
