dont offer anything else. she may scoff at first and refuse and throw a fit and win the drama award but she'll get over it and get hungry and start eating what you serve. it may take a while. weeks even, but she wont starve herself- just try to scare you into thinking she is. dont give in.

You can't really MAKE someone eat. All you can do is be persistant. They will eat if they are hungary, they can't starve themselves. On average you should look at what they eat over the week. Try offering a reward after they eat their dinner for eg offer Ice Cream & Custard if they eat 1/2. Slowly work up to eating all. Next best thing send them to Nanna's house. My kids won't eat dinner for me without tantrums, but for my mum they eat everything like little angels.
GOOD LUCK

you need to have more information with your question. I have a 2 1/2 yr old and we have a rule a the dinner table Eat or Starve. you either eat what is put in front of you or you go to bed hungry, they will eventually eat what is for dinner. it's a little harsh but it works very well

At the daycare were I work the rule is you must get everything and try everything before you get seconds of anything that includes drink. think the same thing can work for your kids you have to try it or you can't get anything else. What is also helpful is let the child fix their own plate, mindful that they have to get everything, but they will feel more in control of what their eating which is part of the battle.
