exercise & fewer calories. that's the only way to lose weight and it's not going to come off in one day. you will only lose 2-3 pounds per week, sometimes even just one pound, but dont give up, it will be worth it in the end.
start out with a warm up:
i usually touch my toes while sitting down, legs straight for atleast 30 seconds, to help loosen up, then 3 sets of lifting one leg and both arms up at the same time, 8 times for each leg, switching legs after i do 8. Then, i do 20 sit ups, 40 jumping jacks, and 10 crunches on each side. Then i run up and down my stairs as many times as i can, which is usually 7 unless i take a break lol. then i get on the tredmill and just go for 25 minutes. i try to run for atleast 4 minutes everytime but u might have to work up your running time. then i do a jogging speed for the other 21 minutes. i'm going to try this thing where you run for 30 secs, walk for 30, run 30, etc. for 8 minutes. this will help you increase ur running ability. after that, go back and do atleast 20 more sit ups and touch your toes for 30 seconds again, and you'll be done. considering that you weigh 166, try to consume atleast 1,200-1,300 calories per day. make sure they are HEALTHY calories though, meaning no junk. you can splurge maybe once a week. have lots of fruits and veggies on hand. good luck!

try your BMI is a sturdy way. A regular use of the BMI is to evaluate how plenty somebody's bodyweight departs from what's widespread or proper for a individual of his or her top. the load extra or deficiency would, partly, be accounted for by utilising physique fat (adipose tissue) in spite of the undeniable fact that different aspects inclusive of muscularity additionally impression BMI severely (see communicate decrease than and obese). The WHO[8] regard a BMI of decrease than 1c9f0f895fb98ab9159f51fd0297e236d.5 as underweight and would point out malnutrition, an eating ailment, or different well being issues, whilst a BMI greater suitable than 25 is considered obese and above 30 is considered obese. those levels of BMI values are valid in effortless terms as statistical categories while utilized to adults, and don't are anticipating well being. wish this would help u. :)

Hello!
Exercise every day. Find a work out that you enjoy. Eat a balanced diet. No large meals, but 6 small ones. Get lots of water and fiber too! People have noticed a great improvement in losing weight with raw apple cider vinegar.
Hope this helps!

It's all about numbers.
You need to expend more calories than what you consume.
If you eat 2700 calories and only burn off 2500, you'll gain weight.
So, you need to eat less, cut out foods high in calories and exercise.
So if you now consume 2500 calories and through exercises, expend 2800. Hey, you're losing weight.
You must do some sort of activity that you enjoy doing. You don't have to call it exercises. You could dance, walk, cycle, paddle a kayak (a lot of fun but you need a kayak and water).

Help with what? Advice in gaining weight or losing weight? You need to rephrase your question and be a little more specific. It would help if you let us know if you are male or female, and if you have a large frame, medium frame, or small frame.
Thank you Waldo. You have your pic up and changed your name after I answered your question a couple of hours ago. Now I know at least that you are male. Your question is still puzzling though.

I'm 5' 2" and 250 lbs. I know how we are SUPPOSED to be able to lose weight, but it doesn't work for me.
If you get a good answer to this, best wishes to you. People just keep telling me the same old things and they don't work for me.
Other people lose a ton of weight on such-and-such diet and excersize program and it seems wonderful to them. I try it and ... well.... I'm still waiting to see what really works for me.
