Did you have film developed and ordered them online, also?

If so, you have to pick up your photos first. In your packet there should be a blue claim card that has some numbers on it. You have to log in to your photo center account. Click on Claim a Roll and enter the numbers in the spaces from the card. You can name the album if you want to, or you can leave the default date as the name. Then click View Album. That should bring up your pictures.
