You have been a member since September 23 and this is your only question and you have never answered a question? Usually your parents will tell you when the right time is to leave. Every child is different, there is no one set age to take off on your own. Usually it is a natural growth process ...move out for collage... move in with former classmates...work on your career.. get your own place ... get married and make a home with your husband.

there is no "right age". i think when u have graduated from high school (if u don't go to college) and a good job, a car, and money saved up for an apt or whatever u want and plenty extra for anything that comes up, u're good to go....but if u go to college that's different. if it's local and no dorm u might be there till u graduate or maybe a find a roomate split everything down the middle. just don't leave unless u have a job, car and money.

If you feel that you can afford to be on your own, then go for it. But make sure that you have all the financial details in order. Because once you forget to pay a bill or can't pay a bill it's very hard to get caught up. Best Luck.

When your parents hand you a suitcase and tell you to get lost.

J/k. Leave as soon as you are financially ready. Meaning you are working full-time at a job you plan to stay at for a length of time and have a car.
