I used to order wine from Wine.com, but they no longer ship wine to Japan.
I've tried looking at some wine merchants on Ebay, but they don't ship Internationally.

I am assuming you live in Japan... If you can read Japanese, go to any Japanese search engine and go to "検索オプション" (Advanced Search) and type in "wine +ship* +Japan" next to "<入力必須事項>" (Mandatory Field) under "キーワード すべて含む" (Keyword / with all of these words). Then scroll down to "対象とする言語" (Language) and check "英語" (English).
Yahoo returned 1,670,000 results ;-)
