One time I asked a girl if she was mad at me. And she said "No". But she was.

This is an age-old myth.
No means no.
Now sometimes, a girl wants to, but knows she shouldn't, and might hedge around a "no" without ever saying it, in hopes that the guy will do it and she can claim no responsibility. But that's game-playing, and dangerous as hell.
You have to understand that you can get a girl very aroused, just like you get aroused, by kissing and all kind of foreplay, which she might thoroughly enjoy, but without her ever agreeing to have intercourse. Her arousal may lead you to assume that she is ready and wants to have intercourse., and at that point, a "no" may seem awfully weak, but must be respected.

No means no. Yes means yes. If you're smart, you will play it safe and take No as NO. Other wise you can be taken to court and lose the battle.

When a girl says no and pushs you away it's over. When a girl says yes and approaches you aggresively then I guees that it would be a yes. My advice ask her. Don't play guessing games.

Almost every time a woman/girl says no, she means exactly that.
The only time, and I mean the ONLY time that is not the case is when you ask them if they want french fries with their burger. They say no, then preceed to eat YOUR fries. Grrr.
