so i went out with this guy and we never kissed and then i broke up with him for no reason im stupid but i totally regret it :( i see im every day in school and he looks at me and i look at him and i still like him a lot i was wonder if i should kiss him and if i should how would i approach it. please answer thank you

Well, I'm not going to tell you to rush up to him, throw your arms around him and kiss him in school. There's a bit more that has to go first. The first thing you want to do is re-establish the relationship. Start by simple conversation, and then lead up to maybe going to a game or a movie together. The time for kissing comes after the date. But you have to take things a step at a time and lead up to the kissing part. I don't know why you broke up with him in the first place if you really like each other. His feelings are probably still hurt, so if at first you don't succeed, just keep trying. Good luck!

if you are posing this question, then really you already know the answer.
KISS HIM!
wait till you two are together alone talking ( you really don't have to be "alone" but wait til its you and him one on one, no friends standing and gawking)
then just lean in and kiss him, whenever you feel like it, whenever it overcomes you. don't wait for him to stop talking, and DON'T ask him if you can.
make it unexpected, it will get him thinking, and then he'll realize that you think you made a mistake.

Make it sudden. When he's not expecting it. Make it when your walking down the hall and he's alone by his locker. After your done apologize and walk away, that will leave him wanting more.
