i work with this guy, hes cute, i like his personality, etc. im a shy type so i dont want to bstraigt forwarde , but i have to tell him. but if i tell him, will he act differently towards me? help!!! i really like him.

we usually work late so maybes we could hang out on sat or sun b4 work. we go to diff. schools, do thats kinda out of the question to hang out during the week

Just ask him if he wants to hang out sometime after work, if he says yes than he is probably interested. But that way if he says no then you didn't come out with your feelings so he won't act any differently.

Why don't you try asking him to go to lunch, and just check out how he acts before you say anything? Depending on what the policies are at your work about dating coworkers, and how closely you work with him, you may want to take it slowly to be sure he's interested before you say anything.
