Nope. Then you're not letting your metabolism speed up. You should really eat 5 small meals a day. Not 3 big ones. This will encourage your metabolism to speed up and therefor burn more calories. At least try eating a fruit in between meals, or yogurt...but trying to get down to 5 small meals is usually what I hear recommended. For Example... I lost a lot of weight when I ate oatmeal or cereal for breakfast, I had a yogurt or 100 calorie snack packs..like crackers in between, then I had grilled chicken with a veggie or something with little fat in it for lunch, then a yogurt or fruit, then another low fat healthy small meal for dinner. Drink lots of water, stretch daily and walk for 20-30 mins a day and this would really help. Don't over due it though, theres a serious healthy balance when it comes to eating right and exercising to lose weight.

No but it depends. You should eat 3 times a day..breakfast lunch and dinner. But in between those meals if u dont eat im sure it'll reduce ur weight in someway cuz most of the time when people eat between meals they eat junk food or cakes so by eliminating that im sure something would work out.

Depends on the snacks. If it's just healthy snacks then that's better than no snacks. It keeps your metabolism going and you get lots of nourishment throughout the day. Make sure to eat at LEAST 3 meals a day cause your body needs fuel, u know!

Actually it could help you gain. Eating a piece of fruit or some veggies between each meal as a snack has actually proven to decrease hunger and cut back on calories due to binging.

No! The best way to lose weight is to eat around 10 grams of carbohydrate (as long as it is not a good source of fat) every two hours. This keeps hunger away and speeds up your metabolism.

Hey let me tell you mine own story :
I was 19 years old with a very thin body :( I was doing gym with protein shakes but nothing helped me. I started growing bigger after 22 yrs and I must say losing weight is much harder than gaining weight.

it might and it might not. it might because u are consuming fewer calories. it might not because it slows down your metabolism. your best bet would to be have smaller meals, and eat light snacks like fruits and veggies in between, that way you are still consuming fewer calories and your metabolism wont slow down. good luck.
