Yes but you will have to go through a probationary period of at least three months (I'm assuming you're from the USA).

Edit: Princess, there are some RN's who graduate from Diploma programs (my wife did). As those programs are very rare now, most nurses in that situation tend to have been nursing a long time and are, consequently, highly-prized by the British NHS.

How does an RN get her license with only an associate's degree? Here you have to have a four year.
