There are many Christian declarations. Creeds, dogma, confessions, statements of faith, catechisms, and oh yes, the Bible itself.

We beleave in God and Jesus who he sent to save us from out sin.
only the blood of Jesus is enought to save us from hell. I am not sure what you mean by declaration?
