Does a multivitamin provide full nutrition, such that you could be perfectly nourished and replenished by a daily multivitamin and a proper complement of water?

If not, what else do you need for proper nutrition and replenishment? What's the simplest way to get them?

I'm 30 and I'm trying to simplify my diet, and get away from tons of carbs and fats and crap. So no "eat your plate, kid" comments, thanks. This is a serious rational question. Please answer the question -- or don't submit a response.

NO

You need protein and carbs as well as vitamins

Of course you can. That's the basis for water fasting.

We have an active water fasting community at Kimkins. We'll be starting a 3-10 day "challenge" after Thanksgiving for members.

If you have sufficient body fat, that is what's used for energy during a therapeutic water fast. Try Google for lots of info.

You don't need "calories". Figure how many pounds of fat you have, then multiply by 3500. That's how much "food" you're carrying around.

No kid. Eat all the stuff your parents used to give you. We need it all, vegtables, meat, and carbohydrate [potatoes, wheet, corn etc].

I went thru a stage like that but it would have best if I'd just eaten what my loving parents had allways given me.

You will last about 10 days then die. Just eat right and don't overdo anything.
