a night out with all my friends. there was 8 or 9 of us. we were four wheeling in the woods close to one of our house. it got dark so we built a fire and started drinking liquor. i dont remember hardly anything after that. this guy had tried for years to sleep with me and for years i refused. i dont know how but i ended up riding out of the woods with him in his truck. i remember laying on my back and feeling really bad pain (...down there..) for a second. thats all i can remember. the next day i felt like i'd been screwed with a baseball bat. is this rape??????

There's no possible way of knowing that. If you drank so much that you're having an alcoholic blackout then you may never know. Maybe in your drunken state you jumped the guy. You can't accuse someone without any proof.
You needed to go to the hospital and have tests done. Maybe it's not too late to see if there are any traces in your blood stream of a date rape drug. Some drugs can be detected for weeks after taking them.
You say there were 8 or 9 of you. Were there other girls there? Ask them what they remember. Maybe the guys drugged all the girls and who know what happened.

Any forced sexual act without consent is rape. I was in a similar situation. This boy had been trying to get at me for years, then one night we were all hanging out drinking and I woke up in the middle of "it". But for all I know in my drunken state I could have consented, but I dont see why I would if I hadnt before. So I dont know. Im gonna keep watching your answers to see what other peoples interpretations are. Ive always been curious. But since i dont remember consenting ive always considered it rape.

Rape is not consensual sex. If he had taken you not on your own will, then that is rape. However, if you instigated the situation and didn't try to stop it from happening, then it is not rape. You need to console the people that were there and see what they say... how you acted towards him, and him towards you. That way you can fill in those moments you do not remember. If it sounds like he basically carried you unconsciously to his car and did that to you, then he raped you.

about if that was rape i dont know.. but if u wanted to b with him then i dont think it was rape but if u refused to be wit him then it's differently rape.
and about u cant remember it well, that might bring u more doubt. such as did he rape me etc.
try 2 remember it. 4 me it sounds like rape. but u should know it. try to remember to exactly did happen. i know it's hard.. but try to remember it so u dont end up judgin da guy or blamin him.

Yeah thats what it feels like the first time...were you a virgin. if you were drunk and cant remember anything it might not have been. What if he was just as hammered and didnt remember anything. You should have never put yourself in that situation also your friends should not have let him take you in his truck.

It sounds as if he raped you but there isn't any evidence so he can't be convicted for it. He won't admit to raping you so you will never know if it was him, or like someone else. But that infection could be evidence, you should still report it.

This certainly sounds like date rape to me. If I were you, I'd talk to someone you trust about it and then take some actions from there. This way, you won't feel guilty or miserable about it.

Anytime someone has sex without your consent and knowledge it's sex. You definitely need to get tested to validate this. If this did occur, you must report him AND GET TESTED FOR HIV & other STDs.
I pray this did not happen to you because if he did this to you, how many other young ladies has he done this to? If you're the first one he has tried this with, please make sure you're the last.
