Okay. Listen up, boyfriend. No one is the "property" of another person. Your girlfriend may love only you, but you don't own her like you might own a house or a car. She is still an individual in her own right, and she is entitled to talk to anyone she pleases, whether it's a member of her family, a good friend, or even a male friend. When I hear of anyone being possessive in that manner, it sends out bright red flags. If you're going to "own" this girl, then I hope she's smart enough to get out while the gettin' is good! Hear ye, girlfriend -- this message is for you also!

No female is the property of any man...and that goes for the women as well trying to make thier men thier property. If you are with someone like that, then you dont need to be with him because if he treats you this way now,god only knows how he will treat you later on in the relationship. Tell him to get a clue.

No one should be the property of anyone else. The legal definition of property is "anything with a cash value," and as a person, you don't have a cash value. If he can have a social life, so can you. Unless he has sufficient reason to believe that you have or would cheat on him, it's none of his business. Tell you ex to listen to Rio or prepare to get his a-ss whomped by somebody in the near future. Probably me.

It's okay to talk to other guys when in a relationship. However, you need to respect the boundaries of your relationship. For example, I don't date guys who have a close friend who is a girl. I'd just get jealous. Flirting with other guys is pushing the line... As long as you don't act out on anything with another guy it is okay. You must respect your partner's boundaries though. If they seem too extreme, talk to him about why he feels that way. Talk about trust.

You do not have complete control over your guy until you are married. When you are just boyfriends and girlfriends, you don't legally own each other yet, therefore you cannot be property of him.

people have not been property of another person in decades. institutional slavery is over. no one owns another person. its about trust. sounds like ex has trust issues. ex means it is in the past. they are no longer a varible in ur equation. u go ur way and ex goes his way and may the lord watch between u while u are absent one from another.

well this is what i think... i think that the two people should talk about it. yeah you can talk to who ever you want, but then u have to deal with the consequence.
But then there is also a difference between talking to other guys and flirting with guys! alot of girls think that they are just talking and being friendly but really they are flirting

This is a free country, a girl's life isn't controlled by her boyfriend/husband or girlfriend/wife.
I hate jealous people who are that way.
