Just be honest... why is this so hard? Tell him you're "into" him in a way that's stronger than just being his mate. Ask him if he feels the same. If he doesn't, it was never going to work anyway, so be happy with the way things are. Take a chance!

be one of the lads, trust me...you're much better off that way. especially if you don't like hair and makeup lol...a lot of guys (at least in america) don't like girls who are obsessed with things like that. so be one of the lads and when you can catch him alone, (not just once though, do it gradually) start building up a trust relationship separate from the rest of your friends, until he thinks of you as both "one of the lads" AND a girl who he's really good friends with. it opens up your options. obviously i can't GUARANTEE that he'll like you romantically, but it is a really good way to unblock the path to it ^-^ becuase after you're a special friend it's not that big of a jump to crush or girlfriend or whatever you want to be.

good luck!

LOL Wow, I would say continue to be yourself, but maintain a feminine side. You don't even have to talk about hair and make-up! Just be sure to show them you're not just "one of the guys."

dont be scared, what do you have to loose. Just ask him out and see what he says. I mean it wouldnt hurt you every once in a while to be a little girly.

Go for it
