his behavior is very aggressive. He doesn't follow simple instructions. His mother's behavior with him (tons of rules and NO give whatsoever) has made him nervous and frustrated. He will be 5 in December. He doesn't answer questions in complete sentences. They put him in pre-K in their local elementary school, and after 3 days withdrew him - his behavior was so bad, he spent 3 days in the office. I live in OH and they live in TX. At the moment, they are not talking to me because I mentioned that they might need to get some help to get things sorted out.

It sounds like Mom might need some counseling. She is the one making him this way. And until she settles down he is not going to either.

That is pretty sad that they are not talking to you....they should be open minded to people outlook on things.... I think the best thing to do at this point is just try your best to contact them and let them know you care.. look into things and "consulting" places where kids can overcome an aggresive attitude, he just may have ADD or ADHD..

Hopefully, they would have an open mind before its too late...
