Tell her the truth. Did you do your best? If not, admit it. Ask her to help you form a plan to pass, or do better in the future. Agree to more study and homework time. Ask her to arrange a tutor if you need one.

Be honest about WHY you are failing and do something to change it.

If you are grounded, and you know you did not do the work to pass, then you have no one to blame but yourself.

Make a plan to ensure it doesn't happen again. Ask for help if you need it.

Print this and show your mom. Let her know that you sincerely want to do better in the future and are willing to do whatever she says if she will help you. Don't try to get out of trouble. Humble yourself and deal with the situation honestly and sincerely.

Best Wishes,

Sue

Know your teachers and give them what they want. If you think you have the kind of teacher who would tell you exactly what you need to do to pass, than ask them. If you have a bad reputation with your teachers than ask to speak with them after class and tell them that you have turned over a new leaf (even if it's not true). If you have a compasionate teacher than begin by reading just a little bit ahead for the next day, answering as many questions in class as possible, and make it look like you are trying very hard even if your not. Your goal is not to be the perfect student anymore, it's pass any way you can.

Well the first thing you should start to do is STUDY!!!!! And you should tell your mom what's going on, because she is going to find out sooner or later so is better if you tell her then if she hears it from you teacher. And one more thing what do you do in the class? Hope you solve your problem soon.

Good Luck!!!!!!!
