Ooo honey. It sounds like you need a good bowl of chili and some good corn bread. You take that shower while I fix up my famous chili. Then we will snuggle in front of the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa with a little Irish Cream to warm it up.

I would make an easy chicken pot pie. Use precooked chicken, frozen peas & carrots and chicken gravy or cream of chicken soup. Put all ingredients in a glass baking dish, top with refrigerated bisquits and bake at 350 until bisquits are browned. Serve with mashed potatoes.
Perfect for a cold wet night.

MMM I love taco soup for days like that. Heats you up twice with the spice and the temp. With some hot buttery cheezy jalapeno cornbread crumbled on the top. And a spiked hot cocoa.

Just leftovers here tonight. stew beef boiled with potatoes, onions and carrots, pinto beans, and some fresh baked biscuits. I don't feel like cooking much tonight, so I'm going to call leftovers supper for tonight. I'm married though, so I can't help you with the rest.
