My friends think this guy likes me right. He stares at me during class, trys to make me laugh, and we have the same things in common. He like flirting with me and teases me. Also when he friends ask him if he likes me it takes him like 3 minutes to answer.The only thing is it seems like he flirts with other girls. Is he trying to make me jelous or what? Does he like me or not?

Yes the signs are obvious that he likes you and he is just playing hard to get by flirting with the other girls. Get out there and show him that you like him back and he's yours!

Sounds like he really likes you I know it seems weird but that's just how boys respond hard to believe I'm 18 and boys still act like that but the truth is is that they don't really know how to be gentle about the situation especially when they're with their silly friends.

It's kind of hard to say. He could just be a natural flirter or he wants to be a good friend. It could mean that he likes you, but ask around before getting your hopes up. good luck!!

it seems like he likes you. but maybe he doesn't know how you feel so he's flirting with other girls to see who responds. if you like him, you should show interests too so he'll have more fun flirting with you and not other girls.
