Seems like many people are asking this question today! Have you heard of the book: "He's Just Not That Into You!" by Greg Behrendt? Get it, read it, live it! He's just keeping you on the line while he explores other options! Your time is too precious to waste on someone like that! There are so many other people out there, and time is much too short. Let him go, and you go explore your opportunities!

It means he likes you but wants to screw a bunch of other girls and can't if he is just with you. But he wants to keep you on the string in case it isn't so great on the other side of the fence.

OMG it basically means he wants his cake and eat it too, and wants you to sit and wait for him when he wants you...he doesn't want you but don't want any1 else to have you....thats what it means sweet heart.
