First of all you never Ask a guy to make out with you. Don't you know how to flirt? Let him know you are interested but keep your dignity.

If you know he's interested, then I'd say plan something where you can be alone with him, and just make the first move. Don't ask if it's ok, just do it. I don't know any guy that would be upset over it, most would be flattered. I'm not talking about an all out assault, just a quick peck. If he's interested, he'll return it.

hahahaa this is a funny question, well, the best way, is put yourself in a party setting, have a few drinks together, and eventually start giving out the signals that you want to be kissed, like, when you laugh, touch his arm, or make eye contact, look across the room and when you catch his eye smile but if your shy look away, thats also a good signal as long as your smiling, trust me, you give the signals and you'll get the responses you want.

dont do it. allow the guy to make the first move. if ur really feeling this guy, he will respect u more if u let him be the man and make the 1st move. dont forget to wrap it up !

go up to him and say " hey, so are you ready for our little somthing somthing" he will say "what?" and then you go up to him slowly and make your move. but dont do it in front of people
