ive been goin with a guy for 20 days and we've held hands and kissed but not made out.....theres this other guy whos my friend I've known him for 3 years and I let him feel my boobs but not serious is that okay? or not?

no - u need to not be loose with these guys - pick one and stay with it - before long you will feel bad about yourself if you dont....
