MORE ON THIS NEW CALCIUM BOTTLED WATER: This is NOT a sparkling water. It is regular water. A 1/2 liter (approx. 16 oz.) contains approximately 10% of your daily Calcium needs -- all of which is 100% absorbable into your system (unlike the pills you may take). Plus it contains an appropriate amount of Dr. and World Health Organization recommended Magnesium. This water tastes, looks and smells the same as the other bottled water you are already purchasing. BOTTLED WATER FOR HEALTHIER BODIES: More than just strong bones and teeth, the need for CA and MG is very complex. An adequate intake of daily dietary CA is required to control the heart rate, blood clotting, muscle contraction, and much more. MG also is an important co-factor in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the human body, incl. cardiovascular functions, the synthesis of energy, absorption of CA, contraction of muscles (incl. the heart) blood clotting and nerve messaging. Americans do not receive enough Mag. & Cal. THANK YOU!

No! You are much better off eating the fresh foods that contain natural calcium and magnesium. You're body absorbs it better than pills and things with added vitamins and minerals. God made food with all the necessary nutrients we need. Hence the saying, "Let food be your medicine, and medicine be your food".

Here are foods rich in calcium:
spinach
turnip greens
collard greens
okra
peas
broccoli
brussell sprouts
bok choy
white beans
baked beans
salmon
sardines
almonds
sesame seeds
milk
cheese
yogurt

Magnesium rich foods:
dark chocolate
almonds
cashews
sunflower seeds
brazil nuts
wheat germ
avocados
leafy greens

If you meet the daily requirements of these fresh foods, your calcium and magnesium levels will be fine and you will be better off, too. I just think there's too much hype with all these new products that claim you'll be healthy if you eat or drink it. Just another way to get your money. Good luck!!
