Illegal immigration is nothing else than racism so don’t hide behind economy issues.
At least have the guts to call it like it is and stop crying every time we bring it up. Racism has being the reason of all injustices to non-white in North America, You did it and keep doing it, so stop being hypocrite and deal with it. It will only go away when you recognize it and decide to do something about it

If you see a White, blond, blue eyes, and tall walking on the street, do you see him/her as an illegal. of course not, so do not tell me this is not race motivated.

I'm sorry, but your definition for racism is about as incorrect as it gets. The definition of racism is the hatred of another race because of skin color. What is it with people thinking whites are the only race that shows racism. When I was in high school, the majority of fights were between Hispanics and Blacks. This was also due to skin color. So if illegal immigrant is a racist term, then I guess immigrant is a racist term as well. Actually, there is no such thing as an illegal immigrant, I believe the politically correct term is illegal alien. There's a definition of this term in the dictionary. You should look it up. It has nothing to do with race. Yes this land is occupied by nothing but immigrants. But these immigrants came here legally. There is a difference. When the indians were occupying this land, they didn't have laws about this stuff, they didn't even have boundaries of what they said was there's. I understand the whites started slaughtering them, but that wasnt till 100 years after the first settlers landed here. So please do some research before you get off on racism and immigrants. Learn the definitions of these things. If Americans are being racist, what race are they against considering the residents of this country consist of every race known to man? What makes you so sure that illegal aliens and people that support them aren't being racist as well? Try thinking before you react, the consequences ar far less severe than if you react before you think.

I also read recently that 56% of legal Mexican citizens are for illegal immigration, So does that make the other 44% racists against illegals as well?

No, racism is the irrational hatred of people of another race. I am highly supportive of LEGAL immigration from other countries including Mexico.

I am completely opposed to ILLEGAL immigration which is where the person in question broke the law; they are a criminal.

I can't think why this should be debated so often. Don't you agree that criminal activity should be punished?

Being illegal has nothing to do with race. It is a matter of law which the illegal broke. Their race is not a factor. You deal with that. Pulling the race card just proves that there is no arguing the fact that they are illegal and law-breakers.

Unfortunately, for someone like you with a chip on yoru shoulder, you would never accept that there ever COULD be any other answer--even if racism actually had nothing to do with anything, you'd never accept that. I can't imagine how we as a nation could think about talking security and anyone who wants to can just walk right in and start working and living here, as if they belong. Who cares about some Mexican-I'm talking about some radical Islamist nut with bad intentions taking a walk of his own across our border. We cannot afford to be so lax in our security. And another thing...it is a sovereign nation, and as such, we have the right to allow or disallow anyone entry as is deemed necessary.

NOT TRUE AT ALL!!! As someone who has served several years at Central American embassies (Defense Attache Office) I have come to truly enjoy the company of the hispanics. It is NOT the immigrant part we oppose, it is the 'illegal' part. Saying opposing illegal immigration is a racist attitude is like saying being against murderers is a voice against gun ownership!

YOU are the one in denial!

"We have an aging white America ... They are dying ...We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him." Jose Angel Gutierrez, professor, University of Texas, Arlington and founder of the La Raza Unida political party

What is this if not racist?
And this

"If anyone's going to be deported, it's going to be you! ... Get out! We are the future. You're old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you – leave like beaten rats. You old white people, it is your duty to die. Right now, we're already controlling those elections, whether it's by violence or nonviolence. Through love of having children we're going to take over." Augustin Cebada, information minister of Brown Berets, militant para-military soldiers of Aztlan shouting at U.S. citizens at an Independence Day rally in Los Angeles.

Perhaps you may need to regroup .It looks like there are racists every where one looks now days.

What is so racist about wanting people to follow the law and immigrate legally?
Do immigration laws apply only to certain races?
Does American law only apply to certain races within our borders?
Am I filling out different paperwork to become a legal immigrant than someone else of a different race?
I am at a loss , what exactly is racist about asking people to follow the laws of this country, wouldn't it be more racist if we didn't ask them to follow the laws of this country because of their race?

Illegal Immigration is exactly what it says. Unlawful entry. That means it is a CRIME. It has nothing to do with race. I would not care if you illegally immigrated from Ireland I would still call it illegal and still want you to return to your country of origin. So quit playing the race card when you know full well it has NOTHING to do with the color of your skin.

I could care less whether it is racist or not. It is a major issue and needs to be dealt with accordingly. If it helps me or people I know, then I'm all for it
