my boyfriend and i went out for a year then he brock it off. we just recently got back to gather a he wants to know if ill ever love him agian. i said no, and he got upset. now he says hes moving away. we have no future and hes moving so, how do i tell him i want to end it?

Just tell him your relationship has run its course and you feel as though you should not waist any more time with him and vice versa. Tell him although you are not in love with him you will always remember the fond memories you share but at this point in your life you feel it necessary to move on and explore other options. It is easier and better to be the dumper than it is to be the dumpee, trust and believe

just say to him, listen yeah its not going to work is it? if you're moving away we won't see eachother. i still would like to stay in touch and be friends but a relationship is out of the question.
