Gays want the right to be happy in private. Christian missionaries go all over the world to spread their lifestyle. Christians don't want gays to have equal rights, and they lobby for it. What does this mean?

Christians don't believe that gays should be allowed to redefine "marriage" as is outlined in God's Word. If their rights are taken away from them, mine won't be here for long either. You misunderstand when someone quotes what the BIBLE says about sexual immorality (of all kinds), and you take that as meaning that the person themselves don't think gays have rights. If we believe what God says to be true, how can we NOT say sexual sin is wrong...does it mean we hate? NO!!!

I think the way you have the questions stated that you are leading and have an agenda. You are not looking for true answers only trying to trap. Your answers seem to be very biased based. You place people in all inclusive groups. Not all Gays believe exactly the same thing, not all Christians act the same way, not all Atheist understand their view exactly the same way, not all Americans stand for the same thing......come on widen you perspective a bit and put a little thought in what really could be great questions and quit leading people to your view point only.

Hate is holding on to your view so strongly that anyone who has views separate from your own has no value.....

what gays do in private is of no concern to me. but what is, is when they whant to tell my children and me that i have to like what they are doing in private and if i don't then i am bad. so, what is that all about? and just because some christians get overzealous does it make it ok for gays to get over zealous too? do two wrongs make a wright? and why should people get special rights based on who they like to sleep with? should i have special rights if i'm celebate? or have a spouse that sleeps in a different room? if they are a citizen they have the same rights as everyone else. why do i have to like what they do "in private" which is where that should stay?

Sorry, gays have exactly the same rights as the rest of the population.
I have the right to marry a woman. Gays have that right.
I do not have the right to marry another man - - - exactly the same for everybody.
Gays will say, " I want the right to marry whoever I please". What if he pleases to marry a two year old ? What if he pleases to marry three women and two boys ? What if he pleases to marry his dog ?
Oh sure, you'll say that certain rules have to be followed. I agree, we have the rules already. Follow them.

The gay lifestyle is perversion, whereas Christianity is an attempt we make to imitate God.

Christians are not perfect by a long shot but we don't intentionally propogate depravity.

I think homosexuals should have equal rights, but this doesn't mean having the right to marry the same sex. They already have equal rights, they have the right to marry a member of the opposite sex. Whether they want to or not isn't the government's problem nor its concern. The government's concern is the promotion and maintenance of a healthy society, and homosexual marriage isn't part of that.

It means that homosexuals want to tear away the fabric of our moral being by trying to to equate their "lifestyle" to a normal lifestyle. God created Adam & Eve, not Adam & Steve!

It is proven that a child requires the presence of a mother & father in their lives to succeed in all aspects of life. Look at American society today, it's a mess because some atheist decided the 10 Commandments were offensive to them! God is real & He's everywhere, whether u believe in Him or not.

Gays already have the right to be happy in private...what's your point.

It means that Christianity is hateful towards those living different lifestyles, and it means that anyone is who is simutaneously gay and Christian is one confused individual - or he hates himself....

It also means that gays will never be happy as long as Christianity survives.

It means that Christians think they have the right to tell people how they should live.
