Do you prefer to have less-than-perfect home pizza rather than wait for it to cook in a conventional oven for a perfect crispy browned top?

The microwave's not the best way to cook a pizza but it's got to be cheaper than using the oven, hasn't it ?

You can still have it crispy after microwaving. Microwave for 2 mins. Slap in a large frying pan on a little olive or veggie oil and brown the base, another 2 mins. Still in the frying pan put under hot grill for another 2 mins. Quicker than putting the oven on.

Ooh yuk, no I have to put it in the oven so that the base is nice and crispy. Can't stand soggy bases on a pizza. I wouldn't microwave chips either as I tried those once and they were like soggy cardboard.

microwave is better it just quickly heats the toppings where as the oven cooks it over again and makes the crust too hard especially on thin n crispy dough

I use the oven, I don't really like microwaves, makes my food taste weird. I don't mind waiting for my pizza as time goes by so fast O_o

Toaster Oven- Best of both worlds.

Faster than oven and just as crispy

noooooooooooo way.. I'd rather wait the extra few minutes for the broil setting to get nice and hot so that my pizza isn't soggy. In fact, i just made a pizza. :D

It doesn't taste awful from the microwave if you don't cook it too long. I say put it in the micro!
