is it a lot healthier to drink coca cola when you have a headache then it is to eat an advil?

Not really -- coca cola, while it has caffeine that may help your headache, also can cause a rebound headache from that same caffeine. In fact, recurring headaches are a symptom of caffeine withdrawal. Also, the coke has sugar (calories!) and other things in it that are not good for you. For women, there is evidence that coke causes calcium loss!

Stick to the advil, if it works for you (does not for me).

For the sole reason of which is healthier I would say the advil. Coke has the calories, sugar, caffeine, etc.
