Have the girls you have nearly had sex with been your girlfriends or just one night stands? If they were your girlfriends you should be able to ask them why it hasnt happened between you. Size is not everything and there are plenty of ways of satisfying a woman in bed. Im a girl so I dont know what it feels like for a guy, but sex is more about the feeling of intimacy than the actual sexual feeling. Its the two things together that make it different, if that makes sense. Usually if you are going to have sex you will probably initiate the sex still with your clothes on and work your way up to it. If you have just taken all of your clothes off suddenly then this is maybe why it hasnt gone right. Also you may want to think about really getting the girl aroused before you both get totally naked, otherwise it can seem a little bit rushed and hurried. Its probably worth getting a real girlfriend for a while before doing anything at all, and that way you can talk about your concerns with her. I hope this helps...dont give up hope!

Matthew, sing it loud and proud. If you're a decent guy, that girl is out there. You have to be out there too and find her. A 23 year old guy who's a virgin is rare and while your disease may be a factor in it, your values and morals may have something to do with it too. You may be thinking about it so much because you're at the stage in your life that you are looking for that certain someone who will love you for you and everything that comes with it. Then again, you may be thinking about it so much because you're horny. There are ways of taking care of that too. If you have the "resources", but not the desire, that's your values. If it's the other way around (you have the desire, but not the girl), then you need to get out and find the girl that's worthy of who you are and what you have to give...both literally and figuratively.

Good luck and best wishes.

Your feelings are natural you are in your sexual prime and that is why you think about sex so much. It may seem that your disease is hindering you from that experience in your life but don't completely give up. There is a special lady out there for you who has a large heart and is willing to help you and love you the way you are. God has the plans for your life all laid out and you will have to be patient. Thinking about sex all the time is a sin you don't need to have those impure thoughts but everyone has that so try really hard to limit those thoughts. Good luck and God Bless!

I can understand the libido of any 23 year old male it quite active, just because your body is confined to a wheelchair, the mind, where the libido lurks is still very active. Just continue to be your normal friendly self with the ladies and someday you will meet the right one who will be patient and understanding of your physical limitations and willing to work around them. And don't be too concerned about still being a virgin at 23. There are a lot more than you realize and you still have plenty of years ahead of you to explore life's pleasures.

At your age it's next to impossible not to focus on sex when it comes to women. Try really hard to get to know the woman as a person, and sex will come on it's own. It sounds cliche but it's true.

Well, there is nothing wrong with being a virgin! I am. All I have to say is that you should let your virginity go when you meet that special person. Unless your a hooker or something! Lol.
