Nick Jr..com is awesome! I don't know about your 3 y.o. but mine LOVES Dora the explorer, and Diego, and especially the Wonder Pets! There's games, activities, clips of shows, and lots of other fun stuff! Check it out! I'm sure you won't be disappointed! It's having fun while learning!
