I am going out on a date with this girl that I like on Friday. This is the third date I might add. Gosh, I've never had feelings for a girl like this in my life. I have been wanting to kiss her, but I kind of held back due the fact that I don't want to seem pushy and needy. Should I kiss her this friday? I don't know what to do.

Just go with the flow. Let it be. If you try to kiss her (or if you actually do) on the first date, she might find it too 'rushy', but it all depends on her personality and how much she likes you. For pride, probably she wouldn't kiss you on the first date ('cause you might think she's an easy girl), but maybe she's open minded and likes you a lot too, so just relax, analize her and find out if she actually DOES want you to kiss her on the first date, at the end of the night. Just try this: when you bring her back home, stay with her talking for a little bit before saying "good night". Analize her eyes. If when you're talking you notice that she's a little nervous, is because she likes you soooo much, that she can barely handle it. If she stares at you when you're about to say "good night" and she gives you a shy smile, then she is saying "you can kiss me". That's what I'd do if I was in your shoes. If the first kiss with her is truly important to you... then break the record and give her the kiss of her life!
If a 3rd date kiss is something she's experienced before, be different! I suggest you do it on a 5th date and make it so memorable and romantic she'll never forget. Make sure to capture the moment where she would feel the same vibe of attraction towards you.

Well, the best thing to do is take things slow and one thing at a time. If the time is right, then you will certainly know. Remember friend, slow and steady wins the race. Assuming it feels right to do so, I would recommend that you kiss her otherwise she is going to wonder if you are attracted to her or not.
