(John 6:67-68) Jesus said to the twelve: “You do not want to go also, do you?” 68 Simon Peter answered him: “Lord, whom shall we go away to?
These facts about Jehovah's Witnesses are perhaps relevant to this question. The more one compares this Christian religion with others, the more remarkable it is shown to be.
1. Jehovah's Witnesses have no paid clergy. Yet they remain tightly organized with more than 6.5 million active Jehovah's Witness preachers (about 16 million associate themselves with the religion). Even fulltime preachers and workers at their branch offices are unpaid volunteers.
2. There is no elite class among Jehovah's Witnesses. Even the few 'anointed' among them enjoy no special privileges in their congregations on earth. An anointed person (one of those relative few with a heavenly hope) is not elevated above his fellow congregants in any way, and he may not even qualify for appointment as a simple 'deacon' or elder. There are no titles; EVERYONE is addressed as 'brother' or 'sister'.
3. No person benefits economically from the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Even the 8 to 20 men who serve on their Governing Body receive simply room, board, medical care, and reimbursement for certain personal expenses according to the exact same provision as every other branch volunteer.
4. About a hundred men have served on Jehovah's Witnesses' Governing Body committee during the past 125 years or so. The vast majority of them have spent the vast majority of their adult lives volunteering for their organization's purposes, and the vast majority have died faithfully and near-pennilessly while still under their legal 'vow of poverty'.
5. Amazingly, Jehovah's Witnesses did not splinter as a sect from some other religion. Instead, a truly tiny but sincere group of bible students studied only the Scriptures to determine the will of God. Thus their religion remains absolutely independent of and not carrying the sins of Christendom's history, yet carries the authority of Christ's teachings.
6. Despite the distortions of anti-Witnesses, throughout their modern history Jehovah's Witnesses have refused to claim divine inspiration or infallibility for their teachings. They have pointed to the bible (and not any particular translation) as the only inspired infallible means of knowing God's thoughts. For over 125 years, their teachings have been presented as merely the results of sincere bible research by imperfect but godly humans.

Where else can you go once you have learned the truth? Nowhere. Remember that your brothers and sisters and even those who take the lead in the congregation are all imperfect. Imperfection in others is something we need to learn to forgive and think about our own mistakes also. If you dedicated your life to do Jehovah's will, then how can you break that solemn promise? Pray to Jehovah as I'm sure youv'e done many times and he will strengthen you. If you become unevenly yoked with an unbeliever, it can truly damage you spiritually. Please, consider that we are so close to the end of this wicked system and we need the love and comfort that only God's servant's and having a close relationship with him, can bring.
Satan is bent on destroying that relationship. Do not let him win and you will have hope. ---

It is either in your heart or it isn't . The truth i mean . Either you believe in your religion or you don't .You have to ask YOURSELF the question you asked a bunch of strangers . I know deep in your heart you have the answer .Nobody can make you believe. What drove you away is your own selfishness. Satan has been busy trying to distract us and he has done a good job . Believe me i am 40 years old and have been trying to find my way back for years now. I came from a family of generations of Jehovah's Witnesses and left to get married like you and all i had was pure misery in my life. I went to a Kingdom Hall with my parents a few weeks for the first time in weeks and i never felt so much peace because i know i will never be happy unless i go back NOW! Please go back and bring the guy u say you love .

You need to pour your heart out to Jehovah! He will help you through this hard time....."Throw your burden upon Jehovah himself, and he himself will sustain you.” (Psalm 55:22)
Please remember that the system we live in is hard enough since we are living in the last days, but being married to an unbeliver does make it a lot harder! It will bring more pressure and added stress.
Heeding the Bible’s warning also spares us the painful consequences that often result when a Christian yokes himself with an unbeliever. There is, for example, the possibility that the unbeliever will turn the Christian mate from serving Jehovah. Consider Jehovah’s warning to ancient Israel. Marriage alliances with nonworshipers were prohibited. Why? “For he will turn your son from following me,” Jehovah warned, “and they will certainly serve other gods.” (Deuteronomy 7:3, 4) Faced with opposition from an unbelieving mate, there may be a tendency to drift toward the path of least resistance. It is easy to think, ‘It will not happen to me!’ But it happened to a man of Solomon’s wisdom. Could not the same happen to you?—1 Kings 11:1-6
I hope you things work out for you dear sister.

i'm sorry that issues look so problematic to you. while you're in seek of for advice, I recommend you do considered one of two thoughts. you may the two a) go through by way of 2 greater years. study the Bible once you may so as that for the duration of the adventure that your dad asks greater questions you may answer. attempt to stay as much as his standards and don't supply up. Or, you may b) report for emancipation. Get a activity, have a surprising earnings, and if the courts see you as able to help your self, they might emancipate you. attempt to stay at school, pass to nighttime college in case you will desire to, locate an residence, like an performance residence, which often cost greater or less $350 a month or something like that. in case you choose for the 2d selection, you will attempt to pass on your loved ones. i don't comprehend your loved ones very nicely, and what little journey I even have had with Jehovah's Witnesses lead me to think of that in case you leave them you in all threat heavily isn't allowed back. It sounds to me such as you have been given a no longer worry-free lot in existence, yet bear in mind the factor is to wade by way of your issues and thrive with what you're given. existence isn't given to us so as that we can cheat ourselves and take the least confusing way out, i.e. suicide. that would desire to never be an selection. in case you have survived this long, what's to maintain you from going yet another 3 hundred and sixty 5 days? in case you preserve that word in innovations continuously, it relatively is going to in effortless terms get nicely each and every 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. you have lived sixteen years, are you able to're making it to 17? as quickly as you're 17, are you able to're making it 18? as quickly as you're 39, are you able to're making it to 40? It keeps making you better. Or, you may think of approximately it in days or months, you have made it so some distance, are you able to're making it yet another minute? yet another hour? yet another day? yet another month? never supply up. it gets greater proper.

remember the devil is trying any which way to turn us away from Jehovah. go to another Kingdom Hall even if you have to travel a little ways out of your way. remember 1 Corinthians 15 verse 33. see now you are getting people that are saying we are a cult and brainwashed. a cult worships man we worship Jehovah and Jesus Christ. Jehovah gave us free will and he wants us to worship him if we love him. we don't worship a man. keep praying to Jehovah and Jesus Christ. remember things are getting harder since we are in the last days. looking forward to seeing my husband again in the new system. www.watchtower.org

You have to make that decision by yourself, Where will you go? If you really believe you have the Truth.
We all have problems, and sometimes "we" make some of these ourselves, no one can tell you not to marry this non-witness, but surely you know what the Bible says about this situation, without me going into detail.
My one reason for staying in this religion, would be this: "everlasting life" on a paradise earth.
Very soon, in the near future, false religion is going to be destroyed along with any who belongs to false religion. How do you tell "false" from "true" religion?
This below will tell you.
What is false religion?
Why does religion seem to be at the root of so many problems?
The fault lies, not with all religion, but with “false” religion.
False Religion...MEDDLES IN WAR AND POLITICS: How many religions can you think of whose members engage in war?
False Religion...SPREADS FALSE DOCTRINE: Most religions teach that the soul of spirit is some invisible part of a human that survives the death of the physical body. However, the Bible teaches a different doctrine. “The soul that is sinning, it itself will die.” Ezekiel 18:4 Jesus taught that the dead will be resurrected, an unnecessary action if humans had an immortal soul. Does your religion teach that the soul does not die?
False Religion...TOLERATES IMMORAL SEX: Church groups ordain gay and lesbian members of the clergy. What, though, does the Bible teach? It plainly states: “Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men.” 1 Cor. 6:9,10 Do you know of religions that condone immoral sex?
How to identify true religion.
True Religion...PRACTICES LOVE: True worshippers are “no part of the world,” are not divided by race or culture, and display “love among themselves.” Rather than killing one another, they are willing to die for one another.
True Religion...TRUSTS GOD'S WORD: Instead of teaching “tradition” and “commands of men as doctrines,” true religion bases its doctrine on God's Word, the Bible
True Religion...STRENGTHENS FAMILIES AND UPHOLDS HIGH MORAL STANDARDS: True religion trains husbands to “love their wives as their own bodies,” helps wives to develop “deep respect for their husbands,” and teaches children to “be obedient to their parents.”
You are getting a lot of negative answers, When you ask a ??? pertaining to Jehovah's Witnesses, unless a Witness answers your ???, all you receive is a bunch of utter nonsense, lies, they know very little about JW's.
Who are most of these people? Some just hate the teaching of JW's, but many are disfellowshipped, apostates, a disloyal person who betrays or deserts his cause or religion.
Time and again the Scriptures exhort us to be honest with one another, for liars will have no place in an earth swept clean of unrighteousness.
Like I said at the beginning, the choice is up to you, also we all have to receive Bible council, I'm 70, been a Witness for 48 yrs. and I still receive good council from the Brothers, it makes you a better person and servant of Jehovah and Jesus.

Any group that has to have its own "translation" of the Bible (the New World Translation) to justify their doctrine is bad news.
Don't trust the Watchtower Society. Get your truth from the Bible (a REAL one), see that Jesus is Jehovah (along with the Father and Holy Spirit) and worship in Spirit and in Truth.
But if you are basing your decision on your boyfriend, you are not really looking for the truth anyway. Just find a religion that will tell you what you want to hear.

Sty away from those people and find a religon with your best interests at heart. Why believe in a religon that is inconsistant with your personal beliefs? All christian religons are the same you will find yourself dissapointed again and again and when does your suffering stop and your living begin.Do not let people tell you that they know what happens when you die and tell you that you have to do such and such to get to heaven. If this is still a concern email me and I will tell you the way

You shouldn't ask others about religion. Religion is your own choice and interpretation.
My advice would be to leave the religion and just follow your own beliefs based on what you understand or think about the world around you.
Stay strong
