You can use Lamisil cream, or another anti-fungal ointment. You will have to apply it to all lesions and check daily for new lesions. There will be spores all over the house for MONTHS! Any new furred creatures coming into the house can get it! People can get it oo. You can use the same anti-fungal ointment to any lesions you get too.
It is a PAIN in the butt but it will run it's course eventually.

Use antifungle cream that you can buy at any pharmacy and put on the cat 3 times a day. If your cat has long or thick hair it should be shaved around the ringworm. Also vaccum daily ringworm lives on the hair and is continuously spred this way. Good Luck.

I've heard that a home remedy can be the athlete's foot cream, because they are both considered a fungal infection. Dermatophytosis: the proper name for Ringworm
Topical antifungal preparations should be effective in treating small, uncomplicated tinea infections located in areas other than the scalp. These include topical clotrimazole and miconazole (available over the counter)

My kitten never had ringworm, but I'll tell you what the vet told me about adopting a kitten from a home that had another kitten with it: don't go through with the adoption. So what I'm saying is that your cat is going to need really serious medication. A home remedy won't work...get it taken care of so that the problem doesn't get worse.
