Does anyone have some diet or exercising tips for flattening my butt and thinning my legs QUICKLY? By The Way, if you tell me the only way to do this is to exercise and eat right... and that it will take time, I'm just going to ignore your answer so don't bother.

OK LISTEN UP! IM A TEENAGER! IM NOT OVERWEIGHT, I DIDN"T SIT ON THE COUCH AND EAT JUNK FOOD, I HATE JUNK FOOD. AND I JUST WANT TO THIN AND TONE THESE AREAS. DOES ANYONE GET IT NOW?????

No exercise and eating right? Ok i got 4 you,

1) Liposuction but it costs a couple thousand.

2) Starve yourself! Annorexia i think its called.

3) Make yourself throw up! This ones Bulimia

4) Take some physics classes, build yourself a time machine, and find the younger you. When you find her (im assuming your a chick because you said legs and butt and thats where most of the fat is stored on women. for men its the gun or "spare tire") tell her to put down the damn fork and go for a walk.

Seriously if you want to eat yourself into oblivion or not even give two *#$%'s about your health and expect a nice body without even working for it then you deserve the feelings you get when you look at yourself naked in the mirror.

But if you are down-right serious then read up on an actor named "Christian Bale". He played in "American Psycho" and "Batman Begins" This dude is in GREAT shape, killer muscles and stuff. Im a hetero dude and I can admit this. But for a roll in a movie called "The Machinist" he needed to change his body from buff to scrawny so what he did (reportedly but i dont doubt it if you compare him in movies) was eat a single apple every day and only drink coffee and smoke cigarettes. After about 2 weeks he lost 80 lbs. I'm not joking, he looked like he was in a nazi concentration camp. Doing this must have been hell on his heart and liver or whatever but then again he got paid anywhere from a couple hundred thousand to a couple million bucks to do it...hell id do it.

But whatever, no easy way out. You had fun eating and playing video games and watching MTV, have fun being overweight.

3) Don't want to exercise
4) Don't want to eat reasonable portions of healthy food
