As to the first possible question, NO.
As to the second possible question, YES. By a private detective who received permission from my wife to set up a spy camera in my office. The camera taped me doing a lady friend in every possible position, and in every possible hole, that I think you can imagine.
The consequences? I have been diagnosed as being a sex addict. I see a psychiatrist, a therapist, and I attend a 12-step program. Had to sign over my house, bank accounts, and cars to my wife.

I just graduated from high school 17 yrs old & drunk as hell ... my friend was driving us and ran a stop sign .. of course there was a cop just around the corner to pull us over ... I was already puking my guts up at the party earlier & we just wanted to go home ... as soon as the cop walked to the window I had to open the door and puke ... my aim was horrible & I ended up puking all over the officer ... when that happened he pretty much yanked my @ss out of the car and threw me down on the side-walk ... !
I was leaving for the Army in a few weeks so I didn't really care what happened to me ... once he realized how young I was and how drunk I was he started yelling at me & shoving a breathalyzer down my throat ... I was so drunk & pissed off that we weren't home yet ... I kept screaming at him " What the f*ck do I need to take a breathalyzer for .. can't you see I'm drunk & puking " ... he kept insisting that I take one until I threw it down on the ground ... boy was he mad .. I told him he was a stupid pig & what's the point ... he proceeded to pull his hand-cuffs out ... !
Then came the tears ... " but I'm leaving for the Army " ... that's when his whole attitude changed .. he had this huge talk with me about how the Army changed his life & how it could change mine & blah blah blah ... he ended up letting me go home to my friends house after a phone call to my parents .. that was it .. that was the only time I've ever gotten away with cussing out an officer & breaking government property without getting in trouble ... lol ... !

Sounds like a rap song. You mean caught with drugs on you? No, I haven't been caught with drugs. Because I'm smart enough now not to do drugs, and I never got busted when I was young and dumb.

riding dirty is driving with illegal subtances drugs etc
i know people who have they have gone to jail or had to show up for court

It is my assumption you don't know what it means. It's having drugs with you in the car. You go to jail. Did you think it had something to do with sex?
