Hydrogen Peroxide will remove the blood stain, but then you will have to treat the spot with detergent and wash in COLD water to remove the residue. Check that the stain is completely gone before you dry the garment. Or just use a reputable dry cleaner.

You can try soaking them for 8 hours or more in a cold water solution of detergent and non-chlorine bleach. You may have to scrub each spot with a detergent paste. Then put it through a wash cycle with detergent and the dry bleach. This usually works, but not always. It's worth a try.

Try rubbing a little bit of Oxyclean paste on it then throw it in the wash with a little more Oxyclean for the rest of the laundry. It should come right out.

Already been through the dryer? Use one of those anti-stain sheets if you can find them. If it hasn't been through the dryer soak in warm water 98.6 degrees +5 /-1 degrees.

His saliva will get it out!! There's enzymes in your saliva that will get out your own blood. If there's a lot of blood than good ol' bleach; lots of it especially if there's going to be a huge police investigation. Remember once you dry the clothes in the dryer; the stains will be "set" Good luck!!!
