This screw has a flat top, with a beveled underside (for making a flush profile when it's fully screwed into the material).

The angle of the bevel is 82 degrees.

The threads are "machine" threads, which means it can't cut its own path (the hole must be pre-drilled), and the threads are somewhat finer than a wood screw.

Finally, the tool used to "drive" the screw is a hex key ... depending on screw size, something between a 3mm and 6mm hex.

The "socket head" descriptor indicates it has an impression for a hex key. (allen wrench)
