It has just taken me hours to make a watercress soup. It was just a bit too much like hard work...

All you have to do is get a pair of scissors and cut off what you need from the stalks

You just take the bunch (easier than a bag) and chop most of the stalk off altogether. I've never actually de-stalked watercress for soup as it gets whizzed anyway xx
