Is anyone forcing you to kiss anyone?
And, by the way, regardless of gender the person who presses an uninvited hug on me could get hurt... you shake hands with strangers and you hug or kiss whomever you're close to, in whatever degree is comfortable for both parties.
AA & NA groups are often a bit more affectionate than the general public and considering that baring your soul is pretty damned intimate, that's not such a surprise.
As long as you are not being kissed coercively, leave it alone. If someone tries to be more physically affectionate than you are happy with, it's perfectly proper to say "I'm not all that cuddly." while offering a handshake.

I have never seen that in AA. (from AZ) We don't do that here. But each group is autonomous- they can do whatever they want. Try to find another group. Keep going to different meetings until you find one you're more comfortable with.
Most AA members will respect your wishes if you tell them it makes you uncomfortable. I know a lot of people who don't accept hugs or handshakes. That's OK. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do. But others get to do what they want also. They may have been raised with different ideas about personal interaction.

There is a lot of inappropriate behavior in the rooms. Some older members prey on new members, taking advantage of their seniority and the newcomer's vulnerability to get them into bed. Some will even go as far as to ply them with alcohol. It is a common enough practice that they have a name for it: 13th-stepping. Most members turn a blind eye to the practice especially when the person doing it has more seniority.
Many AA meetings, especially the clubhouses and/or the Friday and Saturday night meetings have replaced the bars for hooking up.
AA affairs are commonplace, people in meetings break up and connect with people like they were still in high school. One in four marriages break up when one partner is in their first year of AA.

Everyone in AA hugs. Get used to it. It feels good after awhile. Don't know about kissing. They are probably really good friends.

They kiss to taste if you've had any Alcohol. IDK. I guess they hug to make you feel wanted or at least gay.
