Have a sleep over somewhere. Watch movies with the latest "hot celebrates" and make it a night of eating junk food and listening to music...or even better, have a dance. Have them all bring finger food to pass and some of there cds, and throw a dance in the middle of the living room floor or where ever it's going to be held. They'll enjoy it, and it'll be easy for you too.

Throw a parT! Or take them on a hike up a mountain (rain or shine, some of my best memories are hiking up a mountain in the rain)and take them out for hot chocolate after, take them to book launch (meeting an author is always fun!), movies, a fair (with some purpose), take them up to the slops for a day, get them involved in something they enjoy like art lessons, skiing lessons, something enjoyble. Talk to them, they probably know what they want to do. And indulge them, go shopping with them..
gOOD - LUCK!

During winter they could meet for an hour and decide how they could improve the city and the environment and during summer they could work on it. For example this time there are lots of leaf falling and the city has to pay to vacuum the leaves. The girls could ask the neighbour to collect the leaves and bury them in the ground. That will make good organic fertilizer that could prevent city expanse and later on their neighbour's expanse.
Thanks

I ran a day camp for girls from 12-14 years of age. Some of the things we did that the girls really enjoyed was a day of arts and crafts, haiku, painting, and also we did a rowing trip that was a lot of fun.

Have successful women in the community come and talk to them about being successful, independent and self assured. Have the girls think of questions to ask them. Teach the girls self respect and empowerment. Also, have an instructor teach them self-defense techniques, things like that!
