You might want to take her to the vet and see what they say about it. It could possibly be a bladder infection or she is drinking too much.

OK.... Here is the most likely problems:
1. Unable to control (incontinence). This might also happen when awake too...just laying or walking around. THIS is the type of problem the drug mentioned by earlier writer Proin will help. Its phenylpropanolamine... and helps the dog's ability to control the bladder sphinctor muscle.
2. Lack of female hormone. This is the most likely reason if the only time you see it is while she is sleeping. Can show up even years after she's been spayed. Your vet can try her on a trial dose of DES (female hormone). Can instantly help her bed-wetting....and often is only given 1-2 times a week.
3. Bladder infections or other diseases that cause excessive thirst (diabetes, kidney problems) should also be ruled out before either item 1 or 2 are tried. Vets can tell about most of this by checking a urine sample and some basic blood values.

Could be a UTI, bladder infection, incontinence, pain, etc. A vet can give your dog an exam and determine the next step. My dog is on PPA for incontinence, as she would be laying down then jump up looking at her rump because she couldn't figure out why she was wet. She is much better now with no leakage.

My old dog used to do the same thing. There are these things for puppies, they're puppy pads, and they have a scent that attracts the dog to pee and poo on them. Just buy a few bags of those, then change them every time the dog pees or whatever the bag says. Once it gets used to using the bathroom on the pads, start taking the dog outside fifteen minutes after it eats every time it's fed. After a while of doing that, it will learn to use the bathroom outside instead of inside on its bed. =)

Sounds like bladder problems. You could buy some doggie diapers for now until she get's to the vet. It will take a little bit for the medication to kick in.
Lab's are very intelligent and will in form you when they need to go outside, so you need to get her to the vet..ASAP!

May be a bladder issue. Take her to the vet for a checkup. Ask the vet about medication called ProIn.

If she is wetting and you don't think she realize that she is doing it she should see a vet she may have a UTI(urinary tract infection) This will sometimes cause dogs to loose control of her bladder.

I would definitely get her to a vet ASAP - she could have an infection in her bladder or kidney that's causing her to wet herself uncontrollably.
