I squished a testacle between my leg and a table once (don't ask how). I had to go commando, wear baggy sweats, and walk bow-legged for 3 days because if anything touched it, the pain would drop me to my knees.

When I had a sinus infection. It hit right behind my eyes and hurt so bad. I mean it was TERRIBLE! For days on end. I couldn't even look at a stitch of light. Laid in bed with a pillow over my eyes and blankets on the windows for about 2 days. Then I got really bored, turned the TV on with the picture adjusted so that it was dark and had sunglasses on to watch. I didn't even know what was going on and then I went to the Dr. Turns out it was caused by allergies when I has never had allergies before. I was about 29 or so. I now make sure that every spring I take alavert every day from the beginning of March till the end of May or so to prevent that.

Ripping my planar fascias when I was 1/4 mile from help. The planar fascias is the tendon that runs from the heel to the ball along the bottom of the foot. I split it 100% from heel to toe. Hurts worse than any sprain I've ever had.
It took 3 months before I could wear a shoe and it hurts to this day some 4 years later.

I had three ovarian cysts rupture, all within a few days of each other. That was the worst pain I have ever had!!! I couldn't walk, I couldn't stand to get out of my bed, and when I was in my bed I was in the fetal position. Absolutely terrible!

Eye pain is the worst!
I have corneal erosions in my left eye - this means that the two layers of my cornea don't always stick together (for me, it's in a spot near the center - it's not like the thing is going to separate altogether or anything). When those babies separate...YIKES! I can't imagine how having an eye put out could feel any worse than that!

actually my answer is twofold: the pain of a migraine headache is so intense that death is welcomed. then i experienced the pain of post surgery from having a penile implant. the pain lasted for 28 days, without any help from a prescription medication that was prescribed. day and night the pain went from throbbing to piercing to stabbing to unbearable. i had to visit my urologist 5 times. each time he told me the pain was common. by the 3rd week, however, it was obvious that he was concerned.
eventually, after 6 weeks, the pain began to abate. i am 8 weeks past the surgery and can still rate the pain as 3-4 on a scale of 1-10. my doctor continues to assure me that it will eventually cease. i'm waiting patiently for that day.

when i went off a jump wrong on my dirt bike and ended up 15' in the air without the bike. When i landed, one of the bones in my foot went through another one and all the ligaments tore. It took 2 titanium screws, a bone graft from my heel, and about 4 months before i was walking again.
