the thing I use ground turkey the most for is tacos. That probably doesn't help you because you probably make tacos already too. But I just use a taco seasoning packet and all the usual taco makings. You could try allrecipes.com. You can actually do a search based on ingredients and look for recipes with ground turkey. If you like burgers there are some good turkey mushroom burgers.

You know my hubby is the same. He is so negative about turkey that I couldn't even get him to consider trying it. So I got some anyway, and on spaghetti night I used it instead of the ground beef. I cook it then stir in the sauce and let it simmer. Well everyone loved it, in fact he told me it was the best spaghetti he had had in a while. Really I said to him, you liked it a lot did you. He said ya, it was great. Then I told him it was ground turkey. He was surprised, and I make the spaghetti with turkey now all the time. Just sneak it in, and don't tell. Then let them judge.

What do have in YOUR pantry? You could live 6 months out of mine.
Zucchini Stuffed With Bulgur And Ground Turkey
Ingredients
3 md zucchini
2 scallions -- minced
1/2 green pepper
3 sprigs parsley
1 c canned tomatoes
1/2 lb ground turkey
1/4 ts pepper
1/8 ts cayenne pepper
1/2 ts allspice
3/4 c bulgur
1 tomato paste -- to taste
1 lemon wedges
Instructions
Place zucchini in a large deep skillet and add enough boiling water to cover. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, then chill quickly under cold water. Cut off stem end of each zucchini and split lengthwise. Starting from wide end of vegetable, scoop out pulp with a spoon, leaving a 1/2 inch thick shell; reserve pulp. Place shells in a 9x13 baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350.
In a food processor mince scallions, green peppers, and parsley. Add drained tomatoes (reserve the liquid), reserved zucchini pulp, turkey, spices, and bulgur and process until well mixed.
Generously spoon mixture into scooped zucchini shells. Add enough water to reserved tomato liquid to make 1 cup, stir in a little tomato paste, and pour around the bottom of baking dish. Cover pan with foil and bake for 35 minutes, removing foil every 10 minutes to baste with liquid. Remove foil completely for last 5 minutes of baking. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Use any sort of a ground beef recipe you have and replace the ground beef with the ground turkey. Here are 2 ideas ----
Southwestern Skillet Bake
1 pound lean ground beef
1 jar (16 ounces) Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
3 eggs
1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Cook beef in 10-inch ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in salsa and corn; heat over medium-high heat until hot.
2. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Stir Bisquick mix, eggs and remaining cheese in medium bowl until blended. Spoon batter around edge of beef mixture, leaving center uncovered. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
3. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in topping comes out clean.
Substitution
Use Green Giant® Mexicorn® whole kernel corn with red and green peppers instead of plain corn to add even more of a Southwest twist to this skillet bake.
Substitution
Don’t have Cheddar cheese? Use the same amount of another cheese you have on hand.
Hamburger Stroganoff
1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced (2 1/2 cups)
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 cups hot cooked egg noodles
1. Cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender; remove from skillet.
2. Cook beef in same skillet until brown. Drain off grease. Stir in 1 cup of the broth, the salt and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Stir remaining 1/2 cup broth into flour; stir into beef mixture. Add onion mixture; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in sour cream; heat until hot (do not boil). Serve over noodles.
