Talk to a doctor so he can check to see if anything was damaged. I have heard of the needle breaking when it it hits bone.

Try yoga, it will strengthen your back muscles. And you can do it at home, get the kids involved, too. Yoga for kids is great. Look for books or tapes at the video store.

How do you know that your back pain is from an epidural. It might be from lifting your children. Use muscle rub, it is amazing. You can get it at walmart.
