If my information is correct, the injectors each come with their own 16 alphanumeric code which must be recorded on the ecm/ecu. the ecm/ecu needs to know the injector values, once coded the system can be primed by cranking engine to build up rail pressure and using manufacturers diag machine the injectors can be fired to ensure that the control valve can be operated through the ecm/ecu before starting

No it will not start until they have been re coded !
