if you want "ricing" and you're only 14, then I'm sure you don't have globs of money saved up.

go for a Honda Civic, cheap car, a crap load of aftermarket parts, and cheap to rice out.

YOU GOT RICE? Either car you picked will be worn out junk in a couple of years if they are not illegal or used up already. My suggestion would be buy a 2003 or newer Nissan 350z because they stop and handle better and because the nature of young people is to go fast with out proper high performance driving schools Air bags in the Z will save your life. "Bob Bonderauant" and "The drivers Edge dot com" Dirving is serious there is no restart game button when you crack up!

get a 240sx s13 and set up the suspension real nice if your into drifting its a really good drift car, skylines youd have to go through more trouble. 240sx has many options and upgrades much more available and more made. maybe make a coffee can muffler and cardboard body kit while your at it.

Hey man, I'm 13. Ive been searching eBay mostly. I'd say a 240, skylines were never imported to the u.s. from japan, so the D.O.T. and E.P.A. regulations have to be met, and it will take work to get them met. 240sx's are open to mods, and are fun to wrench on. I like S14 and S15s, especially with SR20DET motors in them. Sometimes if your lucky, you'll find one with a RB26DET (skyline motor). I recommend a 240sx, all in all.

you might have some trouble getting a skyline over here - a number of mods have to be made just for it to meet DOT standards for getting a title and plates in the US.

I would go with honda - if you want a really great base get an Acura RSX Type-S
