Unfortunately, governments will make some decisions concerning visas based on their relationships with other governments. Iranians, for instance, may be getting "punished" because of their current president's intolerant stance towards Israel and the debate over Iran's nuclear program. Hopefully, things will change because most know that Iran's population is highly educated.

this could nicely be a solid element you're stating Cyrus. And to respond to your query specific they could do historic past exams. and that i might even pass as far to assert that if those actual people ruling Iran prefer to deliver their little ones to college right here then they could pay and not be waiting to have tax payers pay for it. even with the indisputable fact that, our actual people don't get this or get that no longer everybody can stay in u.s., or that tax payers can no longer help everybody. on the different hand that's begining to look that u.s. is like the the remainder of the international so why come bothering coming? as an occasion like alot of international places our government needs to regulate the internet or censor it (on account that of their words if Chian does this why won't be able to we?).

Well, to be honest, the granting of visas is the country's prerogative. It's their land and they can choose whomever they want to let into their country. They can grant visas at their discretion. That's how it works, really. We really have no say in the matter.

This actually surprises me, I have lived and worked in Canada for 5 years, and they always let everyone in, terrorist's included. They have very lax immigration laws there, including many other lax laws. Why do you think the "Hell's Angles" moved all their chapters there.
