a-Coffee...substitute with tea which I love anyway...all kinds..regular herbal... green
b-Sugar...Rarely use sugar in its regular form...just in desserts and only sometimes but I know I can quit eating it all together cause I have in the past
c-Salt....hhhmmm.....
d-Alcohol .....definitely no problem here
e-Red meat...Naaahhh....I seldom eat it anyway....so no problem here
With red meat an occasional echeating wouldn't matter anyway. They say rabbit is healthy to eat and its almost like eating red meat.
f-Chocolate.... problem here. If I had to give up chocolate though I could still make my cocoa drink which I make with dark dutch cocoa powder and a little sugar. If I couldn't have sugar at all I would use sweetener. Chocolate passes the test.
That leaves us salt. Some foods I dont mind if they have no salt.BUT Cheese? PAsta? Bread? Chicken? Have you ever had those without salt?
I guess if I had to though I would do it. I would figure ways around substituting salt with other things like lemon juice or vinegar.
Anyway, even though salt seems the most difficult for me...I guess if I had to I could cut out anything of my diet. Not easy. But I could.

It would have to be salt for me. It seems like I put it on just about everything. I suppose I could make do with some of the salt free seasonings but it would be hard. I've already cut out sugar and most chocolate from my diet because of diabetes.

Right now I am struggling (seriously) with a craving for Hershey Symphony milk chocolate bars. I'm going through two of the big ones a day. I just crave the taste and the creamy texture. I'm trying to cut back though!
My answer, right now anyway, would be chocolate.

A. I have heart palpitations once in a while and high blood pressure. So about a year ago I had to give up my coffee, alcohol, and limit chocolate because they are all stimulants. I do miss coffee! (Decaf just doesn't taste the same)

c-Salt
I like a lot of crackers, chips, etc. Cheese and Diet Coke are the two things I couldn't do without. I'm not a coffee drinker, I don't drink much alcohol, and I'm not big on sweets so A, D and F would be relatively easy for me.

They would all be pretty hard for me, except for maybe alcohol since I drink maybe once every few months anyhow.
Sugar would be the hardest...especially if you consider the body breaks down most foods into sugars (starches, etc). I'm pretty much an addict. If it isn't sweets, I'm eating starches.

Coke Classic, I think I would take a six pack ouside, bury it and hold a fueral. No kidding, my family when I am buried has promissed to stick a sex-pack into my coffin as a joke.
I could give up anything easily but Coke, but would give it up if my health demanded it

I have given up all of them already, and except for alcohol, at some point or another in my life I have been seriously addicted to all of them. Although, once in a while I still experience a "Prime rib and/or Rib eye steak relapse". :-)

Definitely sugar. I love anything sweet. There are days when I wake up thinking about eating sweet foods, whether it's pancakes, cake, ice cream, etc.!
