The Bible has many warning about hypocrites. These were the words of Jesus.
"Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves." Mat 7:15
James his Brothers' words were "So now we can tell who are children of God and who are children of the Devil. Anyone who does not obey God's commands and does not love his brothers does not belong to God.James 3:10

Unfortunately these predictions are very true in the Church today and this is what has caused so many believers as well as unbielevers to turn away from the church. As James warns us, these hypocrites are the children of the Devil and that is how he works to destroy Christian churches.

Hypocrisy = Religion.

it starts out with good intentions, and with one man who has been enlightened, but when other men who have not reached this stage of enlightenment try to interpret it, it turns into something that it never was intended to be.
In other words, hypocrisy plays a part in religion when man who has not been fully enlightened takes over, and when man takes over, it plays a big role in where we are today.

or at least, that is my opinion.

To a large extent with all the pompous and self-righteousness of it all. Is it so hard to be humble? Appears it is.
Good question--give you a thumb up rating.
